Please pray that I'm able to focus on healthier habits and life style, be disciplined and have maximum self control . Also to reach my goal of getting my body as I desire it to be by working out consistently. And that all of my insecurities are replace with maximum confidence. Also that I stop being insecure in my relationship and have more faith in my spouse Jeffrey. Thank you God bless
