I just started a new job with children and I'm having a difficult time. The kids I work with are very misbehaved. People have quite because of their behavior. I had to step away because I couldn't control them and had to cry in the bathroom. I don't want to quit. I pray that these children will learn to respect me and that they will start to behave. I pray that I will be stern and strong. I pray that if The Lord wants me here he will make it clear to me. I pray that my new co workers will be supportive and like me.

I am discerning a lot of things and I will not be frank of anything I want to say but all I can say to you here is you have to pray for these childern first and cover them with the Blood of Jesus and not pray for the children to respect you. God will take care the rest. Bless these children and ask God our Father in heaven to fulfill His plans for each of them. You must pray in the Spirit because it is a spiritual war type of prayer that you need to pray. I pray that the Holy Spirit will reveal to you the Will of the Father in Jesus' name.
