My brother is struggling with a severe addiction to alcohol and crack. I ask kindly for your prayers as we are trying to get him into rehab. There is limited space, so even though he wants to go, he may not be able to. He is terrified of the process although he knows he needs it desperately. He is so young and has his whole life ahead of him. He has attempted suicide MANY times (we were not even aware!) and has tried in the last few days but was unsuccessful. I ask you to pray for strength and courage for both him and our family. I also ask that everything will fall into place in regards to rehab. Please...any prayers would be so greatly appreciated. We were unaware of his struggle with these demons and are trying to help him while dealing with the shock at the same time. He is a Christian who is struggling and feels God is giving up on him. Please help us prove him wrong!!! Thank you for your prayers!

Father, please move to get this young man the help that he needs. Touch his mind and take away the desire for self murder and touch his heart to give him hope. Strengthen this family for the days ahead and thank you that they are standing by this child. Remove the cloud of drugs from his mind that he may see you never give up on us and therefore we must not give up on you. In Jesus name,,,Amen!
