right now I have a headache, I feel like a have no energy, I'm depressed and I just want to go to sleep.
Tomorrow I am going to the boat harbor. I want this to be a good day. I want to have good memories from this day. I have enough bad memories to last a lifetime.
The bible tells me god loves me but right now I'm just not feeling it.

Father, please touch Henry in a way that he will recognize as coming directly from you. Lift his spirits and depression so that he may feel your presence. Restore joy to him and contentment in his life. Grant that he may grow in you and that he comes to know your peace. In Jesus name...Amen!
