My husband left my son and myself 3 weeks ago. Please pray for my emotional and financial well being. I would like the mortgage to go into his name as I cannot afford the home on my own. Please pray that the "simple mortgage transfer" goes through as it would prevent a short sale/foreclosure. Please and thank you.
