Hi.
This is basically a request for prayer. I am mostly considered a good student. I suppose that's because I showed genius level aptitude since I was in about the 2nd grade. I do well in school but since last year I haven't been doing well enough. For a while (since 6th grade in middle school), I wanted to become a doctor because I want to help people in my profession and I have an ability to learn what I need to through medical school. And I've been doing coursework in high school specifically for becoming a doctor. But lately, things just seem to be lining up against me. It's been so severe I've considered becoming an investment banker and leaving my previously established goal of becoming a medical doctor. I don't even know if those are the things that God wants for me. I don't think I've even ever experience God speaking to me in months.
I guess I'm just asking for you to pray for me because I need to get into contact with God and I want help with that.
I need to see what my career path should be so I can start working on it now to please him.
I also need to start doing better in school because I'm a mess right now.

Father, speak to the heart of this student that they may hear your voice and fellowship with you once again. Father help them to understand that typically when we do not hear your voice...it is not that you are not speaking...it is often that we are not listening. Father help them to make time to spend with you daily that they may once again hear your voice. In your love for them, lead and guide them to the path that you would have them to follow...that their steps may be ordered by their God and they may know your goodness all the days of their lives. In Jesus name...Amen!

Child of God, I believe that God has given you a desire to serve him in the medical profession. Yes the desire was planted by him. Now the enemy seeks to kill, steal and destroy. Do not let the enemy rob you of your joy or calling. The bible says that God is not the author of confussion. God speaks to us through his word and faith comes from the hearing. You are not lost, God knows exactely where you are and who you belong to. Your identy is secure. Just bloom where you are planted, study hard and be encouraged. Keep talking to God, tell him how you feel and he will hear. God will speak to you in due time, just wait on him, trust him and keep walking behind him. Bless you. It will be o.k. I know it. Don't give up. Never settle for less than God's best for you.

I hope that you do well and become a success. Become a doctor because you want to help people not because of the money, the status or something your family wants you to do. Good luck with everything!
