He was taken to the hospital tonight. My sister needs support and help but I don't know if she will seek it. They have a 3 year old daughter who needs healthy parents. Pray that their brokenness might be healed.

Lord I pray that this man becomes sick and tired of being sick and tired of alcohol. I pray that alcohol will make him so sick that he will hate it and stop drinking it. I pray that he will not substitute it with a different addiction but hate addictions of every kind. Give him all the support and support groups he needs to have access to, to help him quit. Lord I pray for deliverance and that it will take hold of him. Reconcile him to his family and help them recover together. In Jesus name I pray.

Father, deliver this man from this addiction in whatever manner you feel best. Father heal the underlying issues that have caused him to substitute alcohol for your love. In your mercy heal this family and release them from this torment. Father bring peace to their lives and help them to find their joy through fellowship with your Son. In Jesus name...Amen!
