Relationship Over, Girlfriend's Gone Back To Sex And Drugs - In need in Chicago - 11-08-2010 12:53 PM
Please pray that the Lord will overwhelm my now ex-girlfriend with love, show her the way to salvation, and redeem and restore her. She has ended our relationship and gone back to her partying life, indulging in drugs and sex to deal with insecurities. She needs God's love to break the cycle and show her, although none of us our worthy, God still loves us unconditionally.

Our Father, who art in Heaven ... May thy will be done with this man's x-girlfriend. And while we don't know your perfect plan, God, I hope you help her to see through clear eyes ... open her heart with a sense of peace that passes all knowing ... Help her to find a moment in her drug haze to come to you God for help ... and may that moment be a point for her to make her realize that your love is enough for her to stop her own sabotage and pain.
God, while I was once making decisions similar to this woman ... I thank you for giving her the gift of someone who still loves her and prays for her. Help him to see too that he is fit for a relationship where he is valued and respected as the loving being that you made him to be. Please Lord, give him strength to stay committed to his relationship with you Christ, above all else (even the temptations of someone who is on drugs). Thank you God for listening. - Amen

God please open the eyes of the women, she has an amazin person that loves her and you. open her eyes to the truth deliver her from the alcohol, drugs and sex demons. I believe in you and trust you with all my heart. You words if two or more call my name i will be there we ask for her and take her in your hands. Amen

Thank you for your continued prayers. This event has certainly put me back on the right path, and I am desperately trying to give everything over to God. For, only the Lord is perfect, and only the blood of Jesus Christ can repair our tattered souls. Please pray that I may receive guidance from the Lord, and the wisdom and understanding necessary to all my trust and faith in the Almighty's plan. May God's love grant me peace during this time of unknowing. The Lord's will be done.

Father,
Be with this precious girl now and always. Show her how much You love her; help her to come to know and worship You, and to see herself as You see her - someone so, so precious, someone Jesus died for. Open her eyes to these truths, Lord, and help her to treat herself and others accordingly. Thank you for her ex-boyfriend's faith in coming before You in prayer on her behalf - and please hear all these prayers and answer them.
