3 things needy of prayer - Guest - 10-02-2010 09:27 PM

i swallowed some isopropyl alcohol without paying attention to the label. i've been very depressed about being out of work, and prayed continually about it. BUT one day i got desperate, and desired to become intoxicated. i've been examined, and doctors say i appear fine but i feel awful. please pray for my healing, the job situation, and my faith. i'm sick of turning to sinful, stupid acts like this to solve my problems. i want to put my full trust in Him.

Father, help this guest to trust you Father...in every area of their life. Lead them to lean not on their own understanding but to seek your counsel in everything. Father...order their steps and bring them to full maturity in Christ Jesus. Help them to hold every thought captive to Christ Jesus that they may be conformed to his likeness in mind, will and emotions. In Jeus name...Amen!
