NO HOA FOR ME - Emergencyprayerneeded - 05-18-2010 07:04 PM
I think I am getting ready to make the biggest mistake of my life. I am not even sure what to ask in prayer. My situation is this.....I am about to buy a new home and I am at the very final stages leading up to close. I am aware that HOA'S (HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATIONS) are here to protect homeowners property values. I, however, consider them inherently evil. As I sit here reading horror stories on the internet about them, my anxiety levels are increasing as I am about to close on my prospective home tommorow which is in a subdivision regulated by an HOA.
Im confused because I want or wanted the home but I am freedom loving and will probably not take well to paying an HOA to "tell me what to do on my OWN property."
I guess what I am saying is, I need emergency prayer and resolution to this situation. I think it would be better if something goes wrong tommorow and I am realeased from the contract.
In the name of the most high, Jesus Christ, please realease me from this contract and please lord protect me from any excessive fines they may want to stick on me.
I DESPARATELY NEED ALL OF YOUR PRAYERS!!!!

Lord give this person peace, strength, wisdom and the guidance they with this transaction. Have your perfect will be done in their life and in this situation I pray in Jesus name.
