My job has recently gone from being fulfilling and fun to misearble. My boss has hired a couple of her friends and she now treats me in a very distant and substandard manner. My entire unit is moving to a different department and I told her I prefered to stay because I felt that the job was no longer a good fit for me. She insisted that I have to go with her and has given me 4 people to do the work that 13 people were doing. I am just miserable and praying that the Lord does not let her evil plans work. I pray that the Lord softens her heart and also that someone has an opening and hires me out of her unit. I just want to go back to having a job where I fill respected and enjoy coming to work.
