Please pray - URGENT request - lynn68 - 01-28-2010 10:04 AM Lord, I ask that You would lift my husband away from the hands of the enemy. Please deliver him from anything that has a stronghold on him, specifically the OW JS, and alcohol. Please send JS away from him, and put her interests in another man, a single man, and remove all interests in her from my husband. Please, may he be repulsed by the temptations of OW. Put up barriers between them so that they lose interest in each other. Place a Hedge of protection around my husband, marriage and family. Shield us from the evil plans and desires of others, and from unhealthy and dangerous situations. Help my husband to understand and choose to correct the ways that he wasn't the husband you intended, and to get rid of the thinking that someone else will make him happy. Please bring my husband to full repentance before You. Let there be nothing hidden that will not be known. Destroy the lies of the enemy so that they can never rise up again. Let him not feel complete or whole until he comes to You and back to our marriage. I pray that he misses me and our marriage. Lord, help us to restore trust in each other. Help my husband to put his hope in You and understand that it is not by our might or power, but by Your Spirit that our relationship can be transformed to become all it was made to be. Lord, I ask you most humbly & most graciously to please end this separation & save my marriage! In Jesus' name I pray, Amen. I don't know if I am not praying "right" or if God just isn't answering my prayers. :( I have been praying continuously and am seeing no progress. I pray for my husband's deliverance from addictions, such as alcohol, OW, frivilous spending, etc, and that his heart be softened and he be repentant and also able to forgive me, and want to restore our marriage. I also pray that my husband, kids and I be protected from all evil influences. Please stand in agreement. Bless you all. RE: Please pray - URGENT request - mwindham - 01-31-2010 10:32 AM Loving Father, Paul prayed three times for the removal of the thorn in the flesh and your answer was that your grace was sufficient for him. Please give Lynn discernment about which things in her prayers she is to keep praying for and which things she must accept as they are. In Jesus' name, according to your will, amen.
