I am a 21 year old christian woman living in New Zealand. I am struggling with an issue in my life which has become overwhelming. I feel like God isnt around me anymore, like my constant bad behaviour has driven him away. I feel like every week I am repenting for the same sins and begging God to help me deal with my sin but the struggle remains the same.
The issue I guess is sex. I lost my virginity at 17and ever since then i have struggled so much to keep myself pure for the man Ill one day love and marry. I beg God to help me resist sexual sin but it seems like the temptation only gets harder the older I get - lately I have had sex with two guys who I did not even know. It breaks my heart but yet I still do it and I dont understand why. Each time I wholeheartadly repentend and vowed to God that I will keep myself pure but yet I still went out and did it again. I liken it to a drug addiction - you know its bad for you but you still go back for more. I look at the other christian girls around me who are so good and I wonder why Im the only one struggling. I feel utterly worthless inside and Im afraid of how down Ill get if I keep behaving like this.
Most of my friends are non-christian and the christian ones that I do have are so judgemental that I cant talk to them about this. Im not just talking about having sex with a boyfriend who I love - its the meaningless sex with strangers that has become almost like an addiction and I have no idea how to deal with this. I truely do feel like God has abandoned me now because I keep repenting and then walking straight back into the same sin.

JESUS take care of this woman....oh father! please wash her with your blood and let your power rule over her...JESUS i beg you please take control of her thoughts....oh JESUS!your words says that you never put your children to shame...please JESUS give her good wisdom...give peace to her.....in JESUS name i pray amen....

Dear sister. I've been fighting the flesh for a long time now. I've done things that I'm a shamed of. My marriage is in trouble because of my flesh and lust. Since my marriage started falling appart it was like something falling of my eyes and I could see the hurt I caused myself and my wife. Only with God's help I could fight the flesh and lust is not that big of a issue for me anymore. That did not happen over night. I had to pray and believe that God can and will help me. We are only human so if you asked God to forgive you than you must forgive yourself to. Everytime you feel tempted by lust just pray and ask God to help you. Father I pray that You will protect my sister from the enemy. Holy Spirit I pray that You will fill her live and give her direction. Amen

2 Corinthians chapter 7:1
"Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God."
My dear young sister, please know that God has not left you, you have left Him.
When Christ said that He will never leave us, nor forsake us, He meant just what He said.
I am not here to judge you young one, that is Christ job. I am here to help you though.
We have ALL come short of the glory of God. None of us are perfect here on this earth. But, we are to seek perfection. We are to take off the old and become new in Christ Jesus.
Christ doesn't force himself upon you dear one. You have to want Him to walk this journey with you. He always makes a way of escape for us. We do not have to give in to temptation, we choose to do so.
You must not just repent, these are words that are being said in vain if the sin is still residing in your heart.
You must seek to have a clean heart and a renewed mind.
You can make a change in your life my dear young sister. You can do ALL things through Christ that gives you strength. I too had to learn the word NO! He taught me how to say NO when temptation rose up against me. He taught me in His word how to resist temptation and it will flee from you.
Look in your bible in Matthew chapter 4. You see, when satan came to tempt Him he whipped him with the Word! This is what we too must do! Tell him to get thee behind me when he comes to buffet you.
You can be set free! But, this is something that you have to really want. God does not force Himself into our plans. I make a plan to have God in every area of my life.
Now, when satan rears his head and tempts you with sex, you must begin to seek God through the Holy Spirit at that very moment. Ask God to place your heart, mind and soul in His hand. Ask Him to give you a new heart, a new mind, and a new spirit.
Seek His will my dear like a thirsty man in a desert wants water. Jesus my dear is the living water. Once you taste of His goodness, you will not thirst again.
You talk of purity. Yes, He wants us to be righteous before Him. Remember, your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost.
You came to this sight by the leading of the Holy Spirit. He wants you to get knowledge, wisdom and understanding.
We are here for you. If you want a new life, "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all other things will be added unto you."
When you feel the urge to go and sin, please get on this website, there are usually brothers and sisters here that will give you a word of love and wisdom. You don't have to fight alone, but you must fight. We are told to fight the good fight of faith!
Father God,
I am coming to Your throne of grace and mercy for my dear young sister. She is facing satan in an area of temptation that she can only win with Your help. Teach her of Your goodness and love. Show her how to resist the evil that satan is trying to destroy her with. We know from Your word that the wages of sin is death. Let her Father find life in Jesus. I don't want anyone to perish and neither does Christ. He has made Himself available to all of us, that we may have a bridge to You. Please Father, help her to see Your truth and to feel Your presence in her life. I ask this prayer in Jesus Holy name. Amen!
My young sister, please do not take this lightly. This is your life we are talking about. Christ loves you, but He hates sin. He died that you may have a right to the tree of life. He does not want you to perish because of the sins in this world. Satan cannot have a right to the tree of life, so he doesn't want you to inherit it either. He is angry with anyone that calls Christ their savior. So, he comes to kill, steal and destroy anyone that calls on Christ for help and salvation.
