Please say a prayer for me. I worry alot and it hinders my faith at times. I do not want to doubt God, I know he says it is not good to worry, so please pray with me on this issue.

i feel God shows me it is time to,be free from fear of man and all other kinds of fear i have had arround my 49 years of life and i also tired of it but it just is as it explodes in the face of me when i touch it so i need patience and courage and som,e friends to help me to be free thank you wery much God bless you
