Bless, O God, all who struggle with cancer. Empower them with hope for each and every day. Provide them with loving and tender care, laughter, and the support of love. Grant them courage when they are afraid, comfort when they are in pain, and your blessing when all else seems hopeless, that in their fight with cancer they may continue to praise you and glorify your name, as your perfect will is done in their life and their healing. We pray for those who are now with cancer. Father in heaven our source of life, we pray: Heal them. We pray for those who are affected by cancer, anguish and pain. Heal them. Grant courage to those whose bodies, holy proof of Your creative goodness, are violated by cancer and the pain of illness. Encourage them. Grant strength and compassion to families and friends who give their loving care, support and help to overcome despair. Strengthen them. Grant wisdom to those who probe the deepest complexities of your world as they labor in the search for treatment and cures. Inspire them. Grant clarity of vision and strength of purpose to the leaders of our institutions and our government. May they be moved to act with justice and compassion and find the courage to overcome fear and hatred. Guide them and bless us all. In Jesus Holy Name We pray Amen.

Lord I thank You for keeping my daughter Cynthia and her cousin safe on the trip they made to the Mayo Clinic. Now we are awaiting the results from the new tests they did there on her. Let it be a glimpse of hope for her, since they have dealt with a few people who has had these very rare form of cancer. Lord we still have hope that you can use the doctors to give her a complete healing. Now also help her, and us to get over the loss of our beloved cat Gizmo of almost fourteen years. You know we have always had cats in our household, but this one was the most loving, sweet, and gentle one we ever had. He suffered so much at the end, and in a way we are glad to see him out of pain and suffering, but even though it just happened yesterday, we miss him already so much. He was our alarm clock going into each room waking us up always at the right time. We thank you Lord for the time you allowed us to have his love, and be able to care for him. I also pray that you Lord continue to give my husband and me the strength we need to carry this cross till you lift it away from us. You know how hard it is for us in our old age to see my daughter so sick and to be her only caregiver. We love her Lord so much but it is so hard at times, and tiring. Keep giving us the peace and perseverance we need to see us through it all till the day you give us the rest we need. We pray and thank you in advance in Jesus' precious name amen.

I pray Cynthia will be healed in Jesus name. Chemo tends to destroy the immune system and tends to be most effective for disseminated-blood type of cancers. However, if you read, 'Healing Cancer' by Dr. Abram Hoffer, or his book, 'Orthomolecular Medicine for Everyone' there is a low cost supplement plan that will mitigate the toxic effects of the chemo, and extend her survival time greatly. Also, Dr. Russell Blaylock , a Christian wrote an excellent book, called 'Natural Healing Strategies for Cancer Patients. It has many supplements as well (most of which Hoffer RCT with cancer patients) that will help your daughters struggle.
Jesus heals. In general I think Christians should pray before they take any medication especially chemo,and seek prayer first. If people blinding flow their MDs and don't seek guidance.
