Ron, I read through your own words describing your wife's conduct to accuse her of adultery and masturbation which sound to me that you are the one with the problems. If she continues to deny it, then maybe she is telling you the truth. Perhaps that you can't seem to trust her in any way and accuse her again for a personal act of masturbating as if she is a sinner and a lier means that she has no home to be at home. You have created a hostile environment for your spouse to live in fear and doubts and insecurity and in judgment. She maybe holding a man's hand in front of you in lovingness and still not be cheating or have to intent to cheat. It is you who has witnessed something that has set you off into jealousy and depression. The sin is not her but of yours. Perhaps God has nothing to show you since you are out of control and causing an unfit home to live in for you and your wife. Perhaps you need counseling for yourself first and then as a couple. If she saids that she did not do it, then its your job to trust her. You failed this miserably. If its a lie, God will show you in time. You did not wait for answer but accused and condemned and destroyed out of jealousy. You have no evidence since your wife has told you directly over and over that she did not cheat. She is obviously lonely to not be in peace in masturbating either that you are leaving her a stranger in her own home. Get a grip!!!

You have abused your wife Ron to make her sheepish with your overbearing jealousy and mistrust. You have even led this group to pray for you while condemning your wife as a sinner when you are the sinner at heart and in action. You have no proof and evil is influencing you to terrorize your wife because of your own insecurities. Any lack of intimacy in your marriage is as a result of your actions where you have demoralized her as a woman and as your wife. Eventually she will leave you if you continue to act this way. I have no sympathy for you, nor any prayers since you led this group to follow your foolish heart in condemning your wife. Only prayer for you is that you get help and see the truth of yourself in what you have done. Beg your wife for forgiveness and repent of your ways.

One night a man had a dream.

He dreamed he was walking along the beach with the Lord.

Across the sky flashed scenes from his life.

For each scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand: one belonging to him, and the other to the Lord.

When the last scene of his life flashed before him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand.

He noticed that many times along the path of his life there was only one set of footprints.

He also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times in his life.

This really bothered him and he questioned the Lord about it.

“Lord, You said that once I decided to follow you, You’d walk with me all the way. But I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life, there is only one set of footprints. I don’t understand why when I needed you most you would leave me.”

The Lord replied, “My son, My precious child, I love you and I would never leave you. During your times of trial and suffering, when you see only one set of footprints, it was then that I carried you.”

Hey Ron
I think you need to STAND FIRM on your marriage until GOD says enough. Actually what happened with me is that although I knew of the affair, I simply refused to give up (my husband did not confess), it has been through a LOT of prayer that I have finally agreed to divorce as the FINAL OPTION. You are however 100% correct, that this is the most destructive attack on Christian families but we have to remember that God can make good of any bad situation if we surrender to him. I am actively working on this daily now. I think Adultery actually encompassed many of the other 10 comandments all in one sin. Recovering is SO HARD and I cling to God for his guidance and for his healing power in my life and that of my precious children.
Yes, the churches ARE too lukewarm about adultery etc, I think largely because they keep on with "love the sinner, hate the sin", "who are we to judge" - but we are called to correct other CHRISTIANS and to hold them all to the same standard otherwise the church and her teachings crumble.
I am 100% sure of my facts with this husband - I am praying to God now for HIS WILL. I do believe he wants all lies to come out of the dark and into the light. I will pray.

So you know all the facts do you and been married to her for the last 34 years?
You were also there when she held a divorced man's hands in our house and while she continually held his hands and stroked them sensously. You was sitting there was you and taking note of the body language etc while he was laughing and talking to her.

Yes I believe masturbation to be a sin if:
the masturbating person thinks of anyone else...this then is adultery

If the masturbating wife would rather masturbate than give herself to her husband.

There are many other facts that you and the other guest have no clue about.

Hey Ronjs. Seek God first in this. Focus on HIM and then YOU and then the rest will fall into place. You are going through a range of emotions right now and yes, are confused. I pray that God will guide you and help you find the peace you need right now. Amen.

Marriage counselling did not resolve anything - wife unwilling to talk, except to say I was delusional. Don't know where this will end up. Please continue to pray that God will reveal all.

God bless u all

RE: ? My wife has been unfaithful - Guest - 07-12-2011 12:03 AM

Ron, I believe that you are hurting & if your wife is not supportive of you & working with you in this marriage as you are asking this does not speak of you but of her. Stay in prayer over this as you are doing.
It sounds as if your heart & intentions are pure & your wife is lost & cold hearted.
I think if your wife was a strong Christian woman she would be more than happy to work with you in this marriage so you both are happy. Instead she insists on making both of your lives miserable. I've seen marriages break up over similar things. One partner is selfish & self centered.
God uses those that are faithful Christians to expose false. This could be what is going on. Your wife will have to face God for the way she is treating you, & those that are kicking you when you are being abused will as well.
Hold tight to The Lord our God, His Ways Are True & all evil will eventually be exposed. You sound as if you have a pure loving heart.
Don't give up. You are being persecuted because you love The Lord & obey HIM.

Please continue a prayers for a breakthrough. For months now I have felt my wife's unfaithfulness in my spirit. I have prayed so many times for God to take this away from me if it is not true - but it continues....please pray!

God bless u all
Please pray that the Holy Spirit would open her ears, her eyes and her heart and that any spirits of sexual immorality, self deception, deception and all lying spirits be bound by the power of the Blood of THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, or how the Holy Spirit leads you.

God bless you al
