I know EXACTLY how you feel but this is what I read when I'm feeling this way. It's truly a life changing prayer! Smile

I ask for strength, understanding and knowledge. I am so tired from everyday life. Wondering from one day to the next what is going to happen. I use to not be that way so much, but when I try to succeed and seems like I fail my hope and faith is lowered. Please GOD guide me help me and dont let me go.AMEN
