My precious father in heave, I come to you with great thanksgiving for all you have done, and give you praise for everything. I bring this request to you, and ask that you will heal your child, and make this child of yours free of all physical pain, and any other conditions that show concern. We know that you said whatever we ask believing we shall recieve, and we thank you for what this dear child is going to recieve.

Please pray for God to take away my physical pain, and to calm my fear and anxiety. Pray for me to become closer to the Lord.
