Dear Lord,

Guide this child and as they are striving to get healthy , also help them get healthy on the inside too Lord.

Speak to them Lord and guide and direct them in all of their ways, as man looks at the outer Lord, but you Lord are concerned with our hearts Lord.

In all of their ways , may they acknowledge you and put their hope and trust in you, Lord Jesus.

I want to start eating extremely healthy so I have incredible energy and vigor all day so I can serve God better. I also don’t want to spend too much money. I need God’s wisdom for this. Pray that God will show me (in any way) what foods are the healthiest, and I also need enough calories. I need to know how to get the healthiest protein, the highest quality carbs, and the highest quality fat—foods packed with vitamins and nutrients, that are easy to digest, and I want to prepare it easily and efficiently. Also, pray that God will show me what kind of vitamins or supplements I should take.
