When you can't sleep pick up the bible and start reading it, go to the Psalms or Proverbs where you can learn much wisdom and how ti leave your friends and problems to the Lord.
Lord help this person learn there is peace in you and comfort in our times of trouble. I pray in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Jesus please help me with sleeping problems. Bless me for easy sleeping and forget about the arguments that bad friends had caused my sleeping. Lord please help me resolve it and forgive and forget about it.
