As you walk through this trying time, I encourage you to remember that God cares for you more than you can imagine, Jaco. Be assured of my prayers for you and your wife. May the Lord work powerfully to accomplish His good purposes. Be sure to stay close to Him through prayer because He is able to provide guidance as you turn to Him for help. Proverbs 3:5-6 gives this wonderful assurance: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your path straight.”

Please pray for me that God will change me into the godly man he intended me to be an to help my wife to change her mind about her plan to divorce and change her hardened hart to a hart of flesh and see Gods will for our marriage
