Father, in Jesus' name I pray that you help this couple to remember when they first met and the strong love that grew between them, to work that love into practical things so nothing can divide them. We ask for words both kind and loving, and for hearts always ready to ask forgiveness as well as to forgive. Father, we put this marriage and their family into Your hands because you have brought them together from above. We thank You, Father, for the love You have implanted in their hearts. May it always inspire them to be kind in their words, considerate of feelings, and concerned for each other's needs and wishes. Help this family to be understanding and forgiving of human weaknesses and failings. Increase their faith, Father, and trust in You and may Your heavenly wisdom guide their life and love.
