Dear Lord, please have mercy on this woman.
In the Name of the Lord, right now I command to all the power of darkness and the curses to leave this woman! Now!
I pray that Your will to be done in their life.
You are the King of kings and Your Name is Wonderful.
Thank You my Lord

When pressures overwhelming,
I am dealing with hard stuff
I will commit my way to Jesus...
I want to live and love

And when I am feeling crushed,
abandoned, all alone
I will commit my way to Jesus...
And fears feel be gone

The fears disappear,
They will just be like chaff
I will commit my way to Jesus...
And I will live and love!

THE LORD IS WITH YOU!
JOSHUA 1:9
"HAVE I NOT COMMANDED YOU? BE STRONG AND COURAGEOUS! DO NOT TREMBLE OR BE DISMAYED, FOR THE LORD YOUR GOD IS WITH YOU WHEREVER YOU GO."

My husband and I have been separated for over a year now. I was the one that left. After many years of us hurting each other and taking each other for granted we both just gave up. There were so many issues in our marriage that it became overwhelming to deal with. I did not show him respect or physical attraction nearly enough. We both argued about the children and they learned how to take advantage of that and pit us against each other to their advantage. He had a drug problem for years and I stuck by him and helped him through even when so many said I should leave. He is addicted to tv and it comes before anything else: kids, church, everything except sleep...which would always result from hours on the couch watching tv! I am very proud and stubborn but I do know how to discuss issues like an adult. He is proud and stubborn and always ends up ignoring me as soon as I say something he doesn't like or agree with. We could never agree to disagree. We have always been poor although we both have good jobs so we always fought about finances. There are so many things like those I have mentioned that got in the way of our love and respect for each other and we lost sight of the joy of being together. We gave up and while we were still living together in separated bedrooms we both found old flames on the internet and those old flames enticed us away from each other. I moved out.
At first we fought and argued about the children but then we learned to get along for the most part. Then as we both started dating other people we became friends I guess and actually talked about our dates with each other. We have both said many times that there would be no going back...that we are better off as friends. Neither of us has been satisfied with the dating scene and I have just given up and instead focused on rekindling my relationship with God.
During the years when he had the drug problem I was a prayer warrior! I sang in the choir, taught sunday school, attended every womens' ministry meeting, and answered every altar call. I remember one horrible night I actually dropped to my knees in front of my husband and wrapped my arms around his legs and cried out to Jesus for his saving grace. He laughed at my faith and believed me to be a hypocrite. He didn't understand that even though I was a messed up person and failed every day that I was still a daughter of the King and was covered by his mercy and grace. Since then I had backslidden before I left my husband and have just recently returned to the mindset that I used to hold so tightly to. I know I am not perfect and I still fail on a daily basis but I believe with all my heart and soul that my steps are directed by God's hand.
I have thought occasionally over the time of separation that maybe it would be easier to just have everything back the way it was. I miss some of the things we had. I miss the family roadtrips and laughing together. I miss the love we used to have. I think that I would work harder to make him feel appreciated but these were only fleeting thoughts...until 3 weeks ago...my daughter's youth pastor saw us together at my daughter's bday party and asked me when we were getting back together! He said he could tell in the way we looked at each other and laughed together that we were meant to be. He offered to talk to him for me but I don't want to feel the pain if he rejects the idea of reconcilliation. I'm not even sure I could be with him again after he has been with other women and he still has all the same issues as before except for the drug addiction (thank you God) so I am lost.
I have prayed for God's direction and guidance and lately thats all I can think about! Would he want me back, do I want him back, or am I just lonely? I guess I'm just scared of what would happen if he knows I am having these thoughts and he doesn't want to work on being us again. Then what happens if we get back together and start fighting again, then we have to go through all the hurt again and this time it would be all my fault for bringing back those feelings! I have always been a worry wart and I have a great need to know whats gonna happen, so much so that I pretty much write the future in my head and end up getting upset about the picture I see that hasn't even happened yet! I need guidance.

God, help me to live in the present and have a clear mind and a clear heart so that you can direct my steps and gently guide my heart. Help me to know your voice and not be distracted away from your path. Help me to be satisfied with my life whatever your will may be. Thank you for welcoming me back into your arms and thank you for the overwhelming feeling of satisfaction and release when I am able to put myself aside and focus on your face and praise your name. Thank you for the beautiful people you have placed around me to encourage me. Thank you for the lives you touch that are able to minister to me. Thank you for the words you plant in others' minds that speak to me and answer my unspoken needs. Thank you for my allowing me to see you working in my children, in their actions and words, in their smiles and hugs, and in their daily lives. Thank you for your love and acceptance. Thank you for the abundant grace and mercy you allow at the dawn of every beautiful day. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

Sorry that was really long... but I guess I needed to release all of that.
