Holy Father continued affairs are ABUSE and if this wife has to walk away for a while, so be it. I pray that you will open the eyes of her husband and that you bring him to his kness, I rebuke all the evil in him and pray for a breaking of all soulties, he has inherited through sex. Most people who file for divorce attempt to claim that Jesus allows for divorce in situations of adultery; but that is not what Jesus taught. What about all the other sins that one's spouse may commit? Does that provide a grounds for divorce? No, not according to the Lord. Jesus taught in Matthew 18:22 to forgive, 70 times 7. Divorce is the sin of hate, unforgiveness and hypocrisy. So many people are woefully ignorant of the Scriptures, just as Jesus said: Matthew 22:29, “Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.” Only God's power can heal and save your marriage, not a friend who's been through the same thing you have. God's power can save your marriage, if you will trust God and not quit. In Mark 10:9 Jesus states, “What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.” No one is to ever break apart a marriage. There are no scriptural grounds for divorce. In Matthew 5:32, Jesus said, “But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saying for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.” To divorce one's spouse is a sin. If committing adultery is grounds for divorce, then Matthew 5:28 gives every wife Biblical grounds to divorce, because every man has lusted. Jesus said that lust is equivalent to adultery. Please understand that I am not condoning abuse, not at all, God forbid. I'm simply saying that divorce is not the Biblical solution to one's marriage problems. You made a promise to God and your spouse on your wedding day. We are living in a wicked and adulterous generation, that are quick to throw in the towel. Jesus was willing to die for you and me. So why are professed “Christians” so quick to divorce their spouse? Yet, professed Christians are sinfully crying out divorce, divorce! When you say your wedding vows, you are making a lifetime commitment. I don't care if you got married at city hall or a church, God still holds you accountable for your wedding vows. Divorce is quitting! (1st Corinthians 7:10-11), divorce is unwillingness to forgive. "Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, until seven times: but, until seventy times seven." (Matthew 18:21-22) God said not to divorce. "Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder." (Matthew 19:6) Jesus did not permit divorce, Moses did not want to permit divorce either, but the people gave him no choice, divorce only happens because of people's rebellion against God. If you love your spouse, then you'll put up with him/her. It's really as simple as that. If you love someone, then you'll put up with them just as God puts up with us. There's no such thing as the saying, “We used to love each other.” The Bible clearly teaches that “charity (love) never faileth” (1st Corinthians 13:8). Either you loved your spouse then and still do now, or else you don't love your spouse now and never did at all. True love is not conditional; but rather, unconditional. You hang in there and be strong while your spouse is weak, for that is what God does for us. AMEN. GLORY TO GOD!

Dear Lord, I pray you would bless this woman with your blessed reassurance that You are always with her. Give her strength in knowing that Truth Lord, You are the Way, the Truth, and The Life, and we praise you for that Lord Jesus. Thank you for allowing her to see the Truth Lord. Give her the strength she needs to walk away from this neglect. Help her to know and trust You Lord. Yes, Lord, work in her heart to forgive this man for the hurt and the pain he has caused her and her family. It is your will that she have peace of mind and that her husband love her the way Christ loves the church. Let her see that in continually letting this man get away with what he has done with no consequences is just giving him a green light to continue in his sinful lifestyle, while causing her heart to ache and break. I pray you would allow the Lord Jesus to touch you and heal your broken heart, and to know that He loves you enough that He died for you that you would have life, and abundant life here on earth and eternal life in Christ and through Christ. Bless her with your mercy, and grace Lord, let her see just who she is in You Lord. Lord, thank you for allowing me to see the Truth. Lord, thank you for allowing me to finally wake up to reality, and understand after thirty years of sexual immorality, physical and verbal abuse, that it was not Your will. I praise you Lord Jesus, that I finally saw your will for me, by giving me the strength to walk away from it. You did it for me, and I know You will do it for her too.

Thank you Lord, In Jesus Name, Amen

Lord I know it is your will to keep families together, and to heal and to restore, and that You are able, I do not deny that, but I also know that Adultery is grounds for separation and if needs be, for divorce. If this woman's husband is not a Christian, I pray that he would come to know you Lord. I pray that he would come to himself like the Prodigal son did Lord, and that you will be waiting for him if and when He does. In the meanwhile Lord, please give this woman the comfort of knowing that it is not her Godly duty to take that kind of torment. Thank you Lord Jesus.

P.S. Lord Jesus, remind her that even when she cannot see how she will do this, that You will make a way of escape for her Lord Jesus, let her remember that she walks in faith and not by sight. Amen

As I was typing the prayer above to you, my system started acting strange and disconnected me to this site. As I log-on again, I'm glad that it went through. Praise the Lord!

Father, here is another infidelity situation that will take all of the faith and prayer the body of Christ and we are lifting this prayer request to you. I believe You will answer gloriously. Not only you answer God, set Mar's husband free, touched Mar and her husband and take away all of the hurt and heartbreak. Restore their love for each other and make it deeper, richer and stronger than ever before, as they first married, in Jesus' name. Don't let the devil break apart this family. Mar is a fighter who refused to give in to the fear and guilt, which would have allowed the enemy to destroy her home. Let Mar hung on to Jesus and pray and believe the Lord for a miracle. I ask you Father to answer her prayers. I pray Mar's husband will open himself up to the Holy Spirit and let Him lead Mar's husband back to the right path. Father, in your eyes looking at her situation, not only do You want her to forgive, reconcile and restore their marriage relationships, You love her husband even though he cheated in their marriage. Father, I pray to salvage what there is of their marriage life and turn it into something useful for Your glory. In Jesus' name.
Amen Bless

(God wants to salvage what there is of your marriage life and turn it into something useful for God's glory. If you choose to stay with your spouse, God has a much better chance of helping both of you to grow spiritually. If you divorce/leave him or live with him with anger and bitterness for the remainder of your marriage or relationship, God will not be able to use you and your spouse for His kingdom and glory. If you forgive your spouse after cheating, God can use you to change him into a pure vessel. While it may seem he does not deserve it, your forgiveness will be a great testimony to them of God's love and your love. 'Jesus taught that if you forgive them, they will end up loving you more, because they have been forgiven for so much.' So forgiving your spouse and realizing that God can use it to make both of you to have a better marriage or relationship in the long run is the way you may need to think about it.)

Matthew 18:21-22 "Then Peter came to him and asked, "Lord, how often should I forgive someone who sins against me? Seven Times?" "No, not seven times," Jesus replied, "but seventy times seven!"

Please pray for my husband to be delivered from adultery. He has had numerous affairs and in one now and he is abusing my trust and forgiveness. I have forgiven him over and over again and he keeps on doing this as if he expects me to just not have it bother me and I'll forgive him. Please Lord, I pray he gets struck down by the power of God for his sins, open his eyes to see the hurt he is causing his family. Break him of this strong hold Lord. Allow him to see the blessings you have given him. Please lead me to do the right thing and to deal with this as a child of God. Give me the strength almighty father to go on. I pray in Jesus' name, amen
