God talks to us with his word, therefore you should read and study the bible. He talks to each of us individually as we turn to him all our heart, and he delivers us from all our fears and doubts as he gives us peace and stength. Lord open this person's heart and eyes so they can understand more of you through your holy world. I pray this in Jesus name, amen.

Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. Matthew 6:33 Remember the Lord has already begun blessing you, He has healed you of asthma haven't He? See how much he loves you? So start by thanking him and making him the cornerstone of your life. Allow him to guide your steps and read the bible for his direction. Lord help this person to know you from their heart, and not look at their surroundings, but to have faith in things not seen so you can do the work in them. Help them to understand your word as they get a desire to read the bible lead them to what you want them to learn in their life. I pray this is Jesus name, amen.

google search: healthy Christian habits Put on the of God. Ephesians 6:10-18 New International Version The Armor of God 10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
