| Father...please heal the wounds of this church family. Please allow them to know that every word within Your Word is true. Many are called but few are chosen...that this man who is leaving as the shepherd of this congregation fell under attack is not new. The enemy singles out those in ministry and assigns his most manipulative of demons to attack them. It takes great strength to stand against those wiles of the enemy and it also takes great covering through prayer from the church community. Father in your mercy begin their healing by raising up prayer warriors to lead this congregation to pray that they forgive this fallen shepherd. Forgiveness is the balm that will bring clarity to this situation. Father bring great discernment to those that will be involved in the selection of the next shepherd for this body. Father...let them understand that committees do not select pastors You do! Their role is to listen for your instruction...to pray earnestly for revelation and to not act until the right man is brought into their midst. Father please in your mercy provide an interim pastor who has the gift of spiritual healing to lead this church while they collectively discern who their new shepherd is to be. Bring to them a man of great wisdom, maturity in Christ who is filled with Agape love for you and for the people and lead them to grow in discernment. May the next shepherd be strong in the Lord, and conformed to the character of Christ. Father...clean up this man who is leaving in disgrace...convict his heart of his sin...and restore him to the kingdom. There is a place in ministry for those that fall and are restored...but Father in your wisdom...keep him far from the Pastors role. Rain down your grace and your mercy on this church body that they will trust you and know your peace and love once again. And teach them to cover their shepherd with the blood of Jesus in prayer daily. In Jesus immaculate name...Amen! |

| Please pray for my Church. We are going though a difficult time. We just lost our Pastor.(due to a very bad situation that is not being disclosed to any of members) I have first hand knowlege of the sin that caused His ministry to crumble. The person who was in sin is being protected and many people do not know why he had to leave. It is the 2nd pastor in a matter of a couple years to leave and it is testing many hearts. Pray for unity and healing. Also pray for the pastor and his family since they are struggleing with this sin that has occured. Pray for repentance and healing. |
