| Father, show this woman that in her situation it is OK to let him go if he wants to go...and that if he has commited adultery she has the right to divorce him. Just help her to do what is most God honoring in this and most helpful to her children. You can chase this man down with the hounds of Heaven and knock him on the ground in a Damascus Road type experience. But if he is the unbelieving partner wanting to leave, she is instructed to let him go. And I pray if that is that best choice in this, she will let him go, that she can keep peace. Let her show a Christ-like attitude in all she does. But also let her realize it is not wrong to let him go in this situation. Let her continue to pray for his salvation, but not put her emotions and life on hold because of him. I pray that You would draw her closer to You in this. Let her eyes focus on You, not on her problem or husband. I pray she can find in You the comfort, help and strength she needs. Let her lover relationship with You grow deeper. May You be her First Love. In Jesus Name, amen. |

| I have been married for 4 years. My husband has left many times and even lived with a woman for a while. I have forgiven him but he drinks alot and has anger problems. I asked him to leave 4 months ago and I hoped he would get squared away because he said I was his problem. His drinking and anger is worse than ever and I pray for him constantly. I don't know what to do anymore I am so depressed over my situation. I can't think of anything except praying that he comes home and I am not even taking care of my children the way I am supposed to be. |
