Dear God,
Thank you for this day and this hour which i can come to your throne through grace. Forgive me of my sins and please give ear to my supplications. We come to you now on behalf of your servant who feels stressed. Let him/her cast their cares upon you for you care for us. Lord bless your servant with patience, long suffering but most importantly how important it is to living a balanced life
