Remember we are not fighting against flesh and blood but against principalities of darkness.Some of them are seducing spirits anger spirits take your pick.The best way to get rid of them and cast them out in Jesus name.For example you foul demon of anger in the name of Jesus go back to where you came from and leave me alone.Next start singing humming worship songs and trust in God.Stay in His word,the devil hates that.Know your enemy that is the key.Whatever you feel give it to Jesus.Lord help.
