To the owner its a tax write off. They get to do good. The trade off other then paying rent(which low) is you attend one bible study class a week. I say not to bad. Im praying god moves on this for me and my kids. It will help me get on my feet and be able to prepare for my unborn child due in november. Thank you for the prayers
