Dear God,

Please be with Amy, Mary, and Mallory. Help them to see that they are loved EXACTLY as they are. Homosexuality is not a sin and the loving relationships these women might share with other women is sacred. Please be with their well meaning but misguided family and friends; show these family and friends the truth, and let them see how damaging rejection can be. Give Amy, Mary, and Mallory the courage to be themselves, and the strength to fight homophobia.

I want to request prayer for my daughter Mallory. She is struggling with her identity and lesbian spirit and needs to be delivered from this lifestyle. Please pray for her to yearn and thirst for God, she has removed God from her life.

Father God, thank you for your word, for truth and justice. Father, I ask that you would send your Holy Spirit to rebuke the enemy that is a reminder to this women and give her strength to fight with your strength the Truth. May you heal all her wounds and restore her to a sound mind without reminders of the past. Fill her with your LOVE that only you can give. In Jesus Almighty name I pray. AMEN!

She hasn't desired to go to church or pray until very recently she said she wanted to go to church this Sunday but wasn't able to because of work. I will pray as you say but please pray that this small flame of seeking God don't die out. . . .

Part of the problem may be that you are relying upon yourself to deliver your friend from this issue. The bible says that with man all things are impossible, but with God, all things are possible. So, it is not what we do in our own power, but allowing God to have control over the situation. Allow Him to shine through you and allow Him to use you wherever He can and He'll convict your friend of her sin (not only this but her need of a savior in general). You need to show your friend that you love her, even if you don't agree with her lifestyle. I know that is difficult. I've had friends who drink and, although they still do it, they know where I stand and why I stand there. And, so far, I have been respected. They don't typically drink around me. They know I don't approve--however, the Lord gave them a free will. He can show your friend her sin and I'm sure you've made a stand. Your friend will know that and hopefully she'll still respect you. However, turn your problem over to the Lord and who knows, maybe she will be saved soon and things will turn around for her.

and that's why I turned to a higher authority/power than mine. This isn't the first time I've dealt with the demonic forces of lesbianism. I fought this battle once before and lost. All the prayers in the world didn't stop that from happening but, this time I hoping/praying that this can be different. I can't lose another friend to this not again. . .
