Heavenly Father I come to You in agreement as well and ask that You would move powerfully in this dear one's life and break the binding chains of alcohol addiction. Hear the heart of this one crying out to You for deliverance from alcohol. Break the power of this enemy and set this captive free Lord. By the power of Your precious shed blood we claim victory for this dear soul and ask that You set this poor captive free.

God I've tried to quit drinking and I have failed. Please, Jesus, I turn this over to you. I can't stop. I went to rehab and started drinking as soon as I got home. Jesus, please help me to keep my job and get sober. I really don't want to be like this.
