I’m praying that the Lord will free you from the hold that alcohol and smoking has on your life. Would you like to speak with a counselor about your struggles? I also think you might find this book helpful -- The Last Addiction: Why Self-Help Is Not Enough, by Sharon Hersh. It’s available through online bookstores. Let me know if you need help finding it. Philippians 4:6 - "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God."
