Sometimes you can start out by just fasting one meal and or sweets etc. God bless on your journey

Sometimes we want to fast too, but are hindered for so many reasons. Please lead us God, others who are also considering it as needed. There is so much to pray and fast for, but our flesh is so weak, so help us, God.

After much prayer and thought I've decided to not fast after all it just won't work but thank you for all your prayers anyways.

Jenny, God sees your heart. It may just seem that one month may seem so long, unless you have done this before and are truly being led to this. May God bless your heart's desire and lead others to do the same according to God's purpose for them.

Matthew 6:16-17
16 “And whenever you fast, do not look dismal, like the hypocrites, for they disfigure their faces so as to show others that they are fasting. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward. 17 But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, 18 so that your fasting may be seen not by others but by your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you.

I been thinkin and prayin on it and I've decided I'm gonna fast from tonight till April 1st. I think this will help with my relationship with GOD. I am really excited about it. Please pray that this time of fasting will bring me closer to GOD and deepen my relationship with Him and I'll get to know Him more.
