They are more than the hairs of our head and our heart fail within us. Be pleased, O Eternal One, to save us, O Eternal One, come quickly to help us.

From the ends of the earth we call to You, O Eternal One, we call as our heart grows faint, lead us to the rock that is higher than we. For You have been our refuge, a strong tower against the foe. O Eternal One, be our rock of refuge, to which we can always go, give the command to save us, for You are our rock and our fortress.
