Dear Lord please be with this man who just had his walk through. I pray that the builders will do the right thing for this man. Please let them all come to an agreement that will make them all happy. And I ask this in Jesus Precious name Amen

I am asking for immediate prayer for a friend. He is about to go into a meeting with some home builders. They made a serious mistake on the slope of my friend's lot. It was supposed to slope only a few inches from the front of the lot to the back (and drain in the back). The entire house frame is completed, with the roof already added. My friend had a walk through the other day with the builder. At the end of the walk through, my friend was told that because the slope is severe, he will now most likely not have use of his back yard and that steps will probably need to be added to compensate for the 2 foot drop at the back of the house. (There weren't supposed to be stairs). He is new to all of this. (There are more details--regarding what was said and how things were explained to him by the building company personnel). Please pray that the builders and all in the company will be honest, do the right thing, and that all goes in my friend's favor.

Amen
