Dear GOD, and staff of all created things, I come humbly asking for your help and your strength. Help me, help myself out of this emotional down. Help me to change these not so good feeling thoughts into downstream thoughts ones that bring me upto LOVE or ABOVE! I believe that you are in me and that I am in you. Thank you for helping to get right off that wild horse of feeling defeated, I can't be defeated because I have all that I need, I have all of the power I need because you are in me and I am in you GOD, DIVINE ONE, OMNIPETENT ONE, DIVINE HOLY SPIRIT! Increase my faith, increase my power, increase my healthy belief's in I can do all things through my GOD who gives me everything I need keep moving forward.
