Repentance The process of experiencing sincere regret or sorrow for wrongdoing, confessing one’s sin and asking for forgiveness, making restitution for any damage done, and committing not to repeat the sin. Repentance is made possible by the Atonement of Jesus Christ, who paid the price for the sins of all humanity. 1. God Loves You! The Bible says, "God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life" The problem is that . . . 2. All of us have done, said or thought things that are wrong. This is called sin, and our sins have separated us from God. The Bible says “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.†God is perfect and holy, and our sins separate us from God forever. The Bible says “The wages of sin is death.†The good news is that, about 2,000 years ago, 3. God sent His only Son Jesus Christ to die for our sins. Jesus is the Son of God. He lived a sinless life and then died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins. “God demonstrates His own love for us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us.†Jesus rose from the dead and now He lives in heaven with God His Father. He offers us the gift of eternal life -- of living forever with Him in heaven if we accept Him as our Lord and Savior. Jesus said "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except by Me." God reaches out in love to you and wants you to be His child. "As many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe on His name." You can choose to ask Jesus Christ to forgive your sins and come in to your life as your Lord and Savior. 4. If you want to accept Christ as Savior and turn from your sins, you can ask Him to be your Savior and Lord by praying a prayer like this: "Lord Jesus, I believe you are the Son of God. Thank you for dying on the cross for my sins. Please forgive my sins and give me the gift of eternal life. I ask you in to my life and heart to be my Lord and Savior. I want to serve you always." Lord I pray you will give this child of yours a second change at life, please have this test come back negative. May she accept your Son Jesus Christ as her Savior, and never look backwards but continue to look forward with you guiding her from now on. Give her the strength to accept whatever your will is for her life and to reject any temptations that comes her way. In Jesus name, amen.

Dear Jesus, I agree with the prayer for this precious daughter of yours. Lord, you can sympathize with us and I know you are very close to this child of yours. Bless her and protect her for her sincerity and honesty. God, you are the God of never ending chances, for we all sin and fall short of the glory of God. None of us are perfect, not one of us. It is only by you, that we are saved and cleansed from all of our unrighteneouss. You promise to make all of our sins whiter then snow, when we turn to you and put our trust in you. Lord, Jesus, you know what this child has been through and you understand her , like no other, draw her ever close to you and let her feel an outpouring of your love, faithfulness and forgiveness. We know you have her name engraved on your palm Lord, and that you will lead her Lord. Bring others in her life, that will love , encourage and teach her about your grace and forgviness. These things I ask in your precious name, Jesus. Amen. |

| Precious Jesus, please touch this young girl's heart. Let her see that life without You is nothing. Lord, please let her be HIV clean. Let there be no sign of this disease. Lord, draw her to You. Let her ask for Your guidance in all things. Lord, lead her down the paths that are pleasing to You. Lord,please touch her that she will accept You and will live her life according to Your word.In this I ask in Your wonderful name,Jesus.Amen. |

I'm a 17 year old girl and I have made some really dumb decisions in the past couple of years. I have had unprotected sex with a couple men that I barely knew more than their name. I cry all the time because I know how stupid it is and I'm only 17 I have my whole life ahead of me. I recently heard about Anonymous HIV testing sites and I've decided I'm gunna get myself tested, it's the best thing I can do for myself. I need to know my status because it is killing me not knowing. Although I want to be, I've never found myself really close with god. Everything I've been through in my life, I used to resent god for putting me through everything. But as I grew up I realized that through everything, good or bad, he's the only one that's been there other than myself. I would do anything to be closer to him. I wish I could take back all the sins in my life and have a perfect relationship with him but it's not possible. I just hope he understands that I was just a kid and I was stupid and I've been stupid. I just want a second chance because I messed up the first one. I believe in second chances. I have so much to offer the world and so much to get out of life. I have so much going for me and if he gives me a second chance I will never mess up again. I can't promise I'll never sin again. but I'll respect myself and my health and I will take care of myself. please pray for me, and I'll pray for myself and hope that he will listen. |
