Father, because of your mercy incline your ear to the prayer of Stephen's friend regarding the Stephen's addiction . Father lead him to healing. Give him a hunger for sobriety and a hunger for your word. Whisper in his ear your love for him and how he is fearfully and wonderfully made and was bought with a price. Father lead him to a Christian based addiction program that will help him to conquer his addiction. Let him know that there is no shame in getting help...and let him resolve to get it. Comfort his mother and family and this friend. Thank you for this friend that covers him in prayer! In Jesus name...Amen!

Please pray for my friend Stephen who suffers from the demon of addiction. He is a good person who has a warm heart and a wonderful intellect; he loves his children and goes to church regularly. Until he falls again. I have resolved to send out a prayer request per day to have others pray for him as well. His sister died 6 years ago from a drug-related incident and his father suffered a heart attack and was dead for 4 minutes as a result from the pain and stress of her death. He now has permanent brain damage. My prayer and fasting is as much for Stephen's mother Donna as it is for Steve and my desperation to avoid ever having to attend his funeral. Please help me by praying for God to rid him of this demon, and give him peace and purpose. Thank you and may God bless you.
