| Please could you pray for my family. My husband, Jose, has lost all desire to serve God in any way. He goes to church, but does not really participate and often sleeps through the message. He watches loads of ungodly TV and I have almost never seen him read the word of God. He has been binge drinking for the past 5 or 6 years after having stopped for about 8 years. If we left him alone he used to pass out and be fine, but lately he has been more and more aggressive. The last time he produced a gun and wanted to shoot our dog. I had to run away with our dog to protect him while me children were in the house. He went out after and landed up in a situation that could have cost him his life. He has not drank alcohol for about 2 weeks now, but has already said to me that I think 1 beer will throw him off the cart – I do. Please help me to pray for restoration for him and deliverance from spiritual deafness and blindness. God has given me many promises for him and I believe God, but I sense an urgency, a huge burden for him. And a burden for our kids and I that suffer under his behavior. I cannot carry these burdens alone. God bless you. |
