I feel this burden to pray for somebody at work. When I pray for this person a peace comes over me and it feels like the spirit is at work.
Yet when I see this person in work it seems like nothing has changed. I have had this experience before- wonderful peace when praying for somebody but person the same as ever- it seems. It confuses me and can even depress me a bit. Thank you.:

Lord, please encourage this one and give them assurance that their prayers are making a difference I pray in your name Jesus. Amen

Lord let this person remember that faith is the believing without seeing the evidence right away. Sometimes you are already working in that person, but sometimes it takes longer than with others. May their faith in you increase as they wait. I pray in Jesus name amen.
