I don't think its appropriate to use fear, where is God's love here?

I pray that Andrea will find a mental clarity within her mind. I pray that you will touch her life and give her back full mental health and restoration. I ask that you will touch Andrea's life and allow her to have a complete restoration, removing this burdeon of depression and mental health issues.
Lord i ask that you will also bless Andrea and show her what your plan for her lie is. I ask that Andrea will feel your love and presence in her life, and that she will see a dramatic improvement very soon.
