Please pray that God will reach my kids and lead them away from evil. My son is a young adult, who has problems keeping a relationship. I think it's due to his attitude & lack of respect. I've witnessed the way he talks to girls after they've gone out for awhile, and he talks the same to me and his grandma (the two ppl that have always been there for him). He's never had a close relationship w/my husband, his dad (although we all lived under one roof), but now that we are separated, dad is kind of a drinking buddy and he doesn't have anything to do with me. He does drink entirely too much also. My daughter has mostly always had her dad wrapped around her little finger, but since separation, it seems as tho she feels she has to have nothing to do with me in order to get what she wants from him. She lies to protect him.

Please pray that God will protect them from all evils, and make them understand that they don't have to choose between their parents. Help them to see that by doing that, they are hurting not only themselves, but the parent that they are shunning.

May they speak and behave in a Godly way, not shunning either parent, nor encouraging divorce, but have the desire to have their family intact again. Enable them to remember the good from when their parents were together. Please remove all selfish motivations from them. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
