Please pray for my husband Rich, he is not saved and I feel that God is calling him to himself as I have com mitted myself in prayer and to do the “Love Dare” from the movie “Fireproof” for our marriage. I have also been reading Dr. Emerson Eggerichs’ book “Love and Respect” as well as attending his weekly classes held at my church based upon the same.

As expected, with continual prayer and commitment to our marriage, my husband, who does not know what I am doing, is reacting in the flesh. Satan has been working overtime to undermine what God is doing in Rich, and he is trying to discourage me from continuing with my prayers and resting in the Lord regarding my marriage. I know that God will prevail but I am extending this invitation for you to help me pray for my husband, our marriage and our four children.

Please also pray for my sister Danielle, her husband Steve, and their two children. They are headed for divorce. The day before they had made their appointment for counseling, they watched Fireproof which made them both cry. He as her why she selected the movie, she said because it was a new release and she didn't know anything about it. A while later a someone called the house and hung up when she answered, my sister got suspicious, dialed *69 and a woman answered, when my sister spoke the woman told her never to call her number again. This prompted my sister rum age through her husbands things. She found pictures of them together and notes written by this woman. It appears he has been having an affair for the past three years and she is excited and anxious to have his child - (good thing he had a vasectomy 6 years ago, I guess she doesn't know that though). My sister didn't say anything until they went before the counselor whom they have been seeing for the past three years. Everything up until that point had been my sisters fault according to her husband and now the truth has been exposed.

Currently my brother-in-law is sleeping in the semi-finished basement. Everyone has demonstrated to him their disrespect for him and displeasure about everything. He is not staying with the woman, but I have no doubt he is still in contact with her since they also work together. I find it odd he didn't move in with here though.

I have been praying for them for a long time, for them to get back into fellowship with God and to put Him first in their lives. Nothing happens by accident and nothing outside of His permissive will, therefore I ask that you would continue to pray for them as I pray for you.

Dear Jesus,

I ask for your intervention and healing in the marriages of Rich and Debbie and Steve and Danielle.

Lord, give them all back the years the locust has stealing in their lives.

Lord, as you have planted seeds in their lives through the movie and have brought revelation Lord, work through their lives to build up and strengthen their marriage and do not let anything seperate them.

Help their husbands draw close to you Lord and fulfill your plan for their life and also their commitments to their wives in marriage. Help them to love their wives as you love the Church and help the woman to love their husbands with your everlasting love Lord. Let the past be forgiven and let their marriages be washed aknew with your precious saving blood and grace.

We ask that you do great and mighty things in their lives and marriages and put angels all around them.

In your precious name, Jesus, we pray.
