My wife Lori developed a mental illness several years ago. Since January she had been going off her medication at intervals. In May, she went off her medication completely without my knowledge. She had also fallen in with a bad group that she called friends. She dumped all of her true friends, began lying, hiding things from me and so on. Her friends readily lie, and have convinced her that people with mental illnesses do not need treatment and should learn to live with their problems and become able to "take care of themselves". Prior to this happening she was a wonderful God living and loving woman. Her mother is also an evil influence and one of the primary causes of her illness. She has done a complete 180 degree personality flip. On Memorial day weekend, I was in the hospital (I am also disabled). She came to visit me, but lied about where she had been the previous Thursday. She claimed she was at a crisis center, because she felt she neede d help. In reality she spent the night at her friend's house, the one that does not believe in mental health care. Both this woan and her mother are known as man haters. They and their friends lie. She came to visit me on Friday night, then again on Sunday night. Both nights she acted very loving and compassionate, yet she didn't come up on Monday. Tuesday she dropped off the keys to our van, along with a letter saying how much she loved me, for me not to be angry with her, to trust her, she was seeking treatment ect. I was discharged on that Wed. When I arrived home, I found that she had completely moved out Sunday night. The pets had not been taken care of, nor did anyone appear to know where she was. I sought out her one friend on Sunday, and was severely verbally abused. I calmly let the woman know that Lori had left me a letter and that I believed in it. Yet the following day, I received a summons to appear for an order of protection being taken out by my wife, that had been filed that morning. The entire thing was nothing but lies. Supposedly I physically abused her, harassed her friends, gave her car away along with numerous other falsehoods. Everyone that had known us for any length of time was completely shocked. Yet that Thursday both my wife and her mother began calling these people and telling them I was "a maniac and dangerous". Hardly, I have severe spinal stenosis. There is nerve damage to my arms and legs to the point where the muscles are atrophying.
What I am attempting is to get an army of persistent prayer people praying for Lori. This is not my wife doing these things. I believe that she is not only being heavily influenced by these people, but is also under severe spiritual attack. It has nearly destroyed our family. It may even be outright demon possession rather than a mental illness. I have a number of people praying for her, for mental, physical and spiritual healing. And to reunite us. I am convinced that God will answer these prayers as through my studies I am convinced that it would be according to his will (he hates this kind of behavior and he hates divorce) and when He in his perfect timing accomplishes this, all would know that since I have no idea where she is, nor what is occurring, it will be obvious to all that only God could accomplish this to His glory. I also have complete faith in His faithfulness in keeping His promises. I also ask that you pray for me that I can remain steadfast in faith while waiting on The Lord.
Please pray for Lori for healing, for returning to the Lord, for reuniting with her husband and for Satan's plans to be thwarted. And have as many as possible praying for her united in prayer, until the Lord in his perfect timing fullfills his promise.
