Hello, Our 4 1/2yr old daughter needs prayers.. In February 08 she was diagnosed with a very rare disease called Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH). The odd's of a child getting this disease are 1 in almost 300,000. There is no known cure for it at the time and there are disputes to whether it is a cancer or a blood disorder but it is treated with surgery and/or chemo, radiation. She had a tumor removed from her right hip in march 08 after a month of complaining it hurt to walk and waking up screaming in the night with pain.. She had to quit all normal childhood activities.. Now after months of check-ups there seems to be a new lesion located behind her right knee (found after she complained of pain).. The MRI shows the lesion but the oncologist sais he wants the second opinion of the surgeon before deciding on where we go from here.. If it is LCH then surgery cant be perfomed since that would mean it is spreading and her body isn't fighting the disease, she would have to start Chemotherapy.. I would like prayers to go out for her, we find out Tuesday 9-2-08 what the outcome will be.. Please pray that no matter what the outcome that whatever she must go through will be easy on her little body and that she will find strength from us her parents, her family and friends, and all the prayers going out for her.

Lord, i agree in prayer for healing for this young girl, and for You to show Yourself strong on her behalf, in Jesus name, amen
