My Lord, My Lord, you who sees everything and can see into our hearts, come and bring your peace among us. You are a God of love, compassion, understanding, you are not the author of confusion or conflict.
You also give us gifts of the spirit and allow us know at times to see when we have to be aware when something is not right That doesn't mean we are being judgmental, but to be aware off it and be ready with the armor of our Lord Jesus Christ is wisdome from you. We have to pray against those evil spirits who like to run around devouring, destroying, and stealing our peace of mind.
It is true we are not supposed to judge one another, so we are not supposed to judge then the person who wrote this original prayer either. As I read it I don't see he/she telling us NOT TO PRAY, BUT TO BE AWARE of those charlatans who may be using this board to distract us from praying for real prayer requests. I see he/she asking God to give us discernment. What's wrong with asking for discernment when we pray for others? I myself have been one to ask for discernment when I come to pray, for there are so many requests, and I can't pray for all of them. So I pray for those the Lord directs me to do so.
Lord if we see someone committing a crime that may hurt many, are we supposed to be quiet for fear we are being judgmental? Are we supposed to let that crime be committed by closing our eyes to the truth? So teach us to just pray for one another without any prejudice. If the original prayer on this thread touched anyone's nerve, then it must had indeed been a reason for this person to post this prayer here. For if we have nothing to feel convicted about, why get upset? As I read that prayer request I see nothing evil about it.
Lord you know I've been coming to pray here for a few years and have seen you use this board to help so many people who were hurting and in need of prayers. I thank you for so many prayers being answer by your tender mercy toward us, and we have rejoiced in your love.
Some prayer warriors have come and gone, but I pray you will continue to send us strong ones to replace the ones that have left for one reason or another, which only you know the reasons for them leaving. I pray for your blessings upon them wherever they may be, also for those with their prayer requests, for this board, and those running it.
Have your perfect will be done in our lives, in the needs of those that come for prayers, and for the prayer warriors on this board Lord. You have defeated already the enemy for us therefore, he has no power over us your children. I pray and thank you in advance in Jesus Christ Precious name, as I give you all the Honor and the Glory Heavenly Father to whom all power belongs, Amen!

Lord Jesus, I am in agreeance and not feeling the same spirit of deceit. Lord let us know that no one is perfect and we all need prayer and should pray for the salvation of all. Lord, you know that each one of us own our intentions and will be held accountable by God the father on our day of judgement. Give us guidance, clarity and patience to discern whom we should pray for on this board and the understanding that there are many walks of life with different perceptions that need our prayers and the rest be in your precious and glorious hands. Please Lord, remove the fear from praying for that which may be different or not understood by us. Your presence is powerful here through praying for those in need. Let us pray with the same grace and love that is yours. Protect all of your prayer warriors and children with clarity and direction. Satan has no power, when not given. In Jesus name, amen.

Why am I being asked to be more careful when I pray for others?

I come here in earnest desire to pray for others.
My concern of this post is that either this person is feeling that there is someone they know posting & are offended by the post, or they are reading into other posts. God Speaks to each one of us, we are called to pray for them of our own accord.
I did not say this was evil, the post by orig poster, but that asking us to be more careful in regards to our prayers for others is not of God in my opinion. We each have discernment & my assumption is that each person here comes for prayers. I will continue to pray for them. I have an ability to discern as do all those called by CHRIST.
God Bless this prayer group. I just do not want people to be led away because we are being asked to be careful & to identify the ones really in need of prayer. I find that everyone is in need of prayer. That is all I have to say & I believe JESUS would agree that we are all in need of prayer.

It is an honour to pray for those who need prayer. To see how God works increases the faith of all and while I might not be able to come on line often, I continue to pray for those afflicted by sin and for the prayer warriors too. In Jesus we have the victory and one day EVERY knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord. AMEN.
