Financial Breakthrough on Condo Purchase

Hi! I am pre-approved for a loan on a condo but seller does not want to accept the loan I am pre-approved for which is no money down. I have been assisting a number of hurting people with needs from a small business I own, so am not in a position to pay for closing costs even though I have over $20,000 in wage loss outstanding and which I have an attorney working on. I have two loan officers working on this and it seems like it is taking forever with all the hoops they are making me jump through. It is becoming stressful, but I believe this property is for me. It is bank owned and selling for $79,900. Would very much appreciate your prayers.
