What can I tell someone who claims they cannot believe Jesus is his savior unless he has tangible proof of this? My friend claims that he does not have the 'ability' to believe in anything without proof and adds that God made him this way. He does pray; however, and has been asking for God to show him the truth but says that He hasn't shown him yet. I shared the Gospel with him and told him that that WAS God moving and showing him the truth. That its all right there in the Bible. But he says he cannot believe in something that man has translated and had opportunity to add to or erase. I told him that this is God's book and that there wouldnt be anything missing or untrue. Please pray for my friend and does anyone have any ideas on any way I may help him?
