Father God, help me to live in Your peace, Your strength and Your joy at all times. Help me to always be mindful that fear and worry are not from You but the adversary. Envelop me in Your love, as 'perfect love casts out all fear', so that I can live in Your freedom and truth. Father God, I thank You- You who are all loving and compassionate. Thankyou for Your unending faithfulness. I bless You.

I ask, that if this anxiety and fear is rooted in sin that You help me to cast it out and grant me the graces to remain in You; if it is from the adversary, guard and protect me and banish him from affecting me again; if it is rooted in flesh, such as a physical, chemical situation, help me to find the cure and root cause so that I can bring my body into Your order.

I bless You Father God, my Redeemer, my Lord and Friend. All Glory be in You, through You and with You. Amen. Alleluia.

19In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul

My new King James Version uses the word "anxieties" instead of thoughts in verse 19....anyway, the Lord knows your struggles, and His grace is sufficient for you. Father, please help this believer be at rest and calm all storms and anxieties as You will, and take these burdens and thank You that You lead us beside still waters. Help us be still , and know that You are God, in Jesus name, amen
